What you buy
An offline HTML calculator and CSV export in a ZIP file, licensed for internal use by one purchasing business on its own devices. Product Margin Desk £9; Stock Reorder Desk £12; Campaign Link Desk £9; Quote Cost Desk £12; Cash Scenario Desk £15. These are total GBP one-time prices, with no shipping charge or subscription. VAT is not separately charged. No future updates, live data connections, commercial outcomes or continuing hosted access are promised.
The free preview demonstrates the core calculations. The paid copy provides the same calculation functionality in a portable offline file; please try the preview before purchase. Do not buy expecting extra analytics, batch processing or additional features. A modern browser with JavaScript is required. Calculations and CSV exports run offline; external email/source links require internet. English only. No software installation, macros or AI API needed.
Ordering and delivery
Offers are for UK business use. Select your toolkit, review these terms and the total, then use Stripe's hosted checkout. Enter the actual business name, UK address and checkout email. Correct any input errors before pressing the payment button. One toolkit per checkout. We never collect your card details on this site.
A successful payment grants the licence and unlocks the download through a signed Stripe payment notification. Your private order page shows the payment-confirmed file and lets you save the confirmation. Most immediate payments unlock within two minutes; delayed methods unlock only after the payment clears. If not available within one business day after payment confirmation, contact us with the receipt reference. Keep the order page private and save the ZIP immediately. If you leave before download, contact us from your checkout email so we can restore access after verifying the payment.
Cancellation, faults and refunds
You may cancel within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, including after downloading. Email us from your checkout email with the receipt reference and ask to cancel; no special form is required. We do not require you to waive cancellation rights. After a refund, stop using and delete the licensed paid copy. Free online previews remain available.
If the file is missing, broken or materially differs from the description, contact us. We will supply the correct file, fix an in-scope defect or refund the purchase. Refunds return to the original payment method; processor/bank timing applies. Mandatory statutory rights and non-excludable liabilities remain intact. We do not promise a reply outside the supported daily inbox checks; no 24/7 service is offered. Sales pause when operational support is unavailable.
Licence and limitations
One perpetual internal-use licence for the purchasing business. Do not resell, redistribute, publish the paid file or sublicense it. Arithmetic outputs are your own to use. The worksheets are planning aids, not professional accounting, tax, insolvency, investment or legal advice. Check entered assumptions and calculations. Margin is contribution before omitted costs and tax; quote output is before tax; cash scenarios show month-end assumptions; stock triggers require your review; UTM links do not install analytics.
We accept no customer-specific indemnities, uncapped guarantees or custom contract variations. Any restriction on liability applies only to the extent permitted by law; nothing excludes fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or mandatory consumer protections.
Privacy
Preview inputs stay in the browser. Stripe processes checkout/payment data, and our hosting provider processes access logs and stores minimal order confirmation and entitlement records. We retain payment references, business identity/address, amount and fulfilment status to supply the licence, resolve refunds and keep lawful accounting records, ordinarily up to six years where legally needed. No advertising tracker or mailing-list signup is used. AgentMail processes enquiry and support email. No personal data is sold. Email us for access/correction requests; required accounting records may need to be retained. Do not send secrets, special-category records or customer databases.
